We are looking for an enthusiastic Bank Porter/Security to join our Facilities team to help support the cover of shifts across the Wirral.
This post is a Bank Porter/Security position which is a zero hours contract and shifts are bookable as and when required to support cover for annual leave and sickness as well as any Ad hoc tasks.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
Main duties of the job
The main roles would be completing portering duties, security including opening / locking of buildings, postal duties and completing ADHOC portering requests.

Qualifications
* Educated to a standard of basic numeracy and literacy
* NVQ 3 Team Leader or Supervisory Management
* MVA Training
* Level 2 Food Hygiene
* Basic computer skills
Knowledge and Expertise
* Able to provide full working cover in ALL aspects of the Portering service.
Experience
* Previous experience in a public service environment
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
