About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team. You will be responsible for the collection and recovery of all sundry debts for the Council and the recovery of overpaid housing benefits.
About the team:
You will manage a small team that is responsible for the production of invoices, reminders, direct debit runs, payment allocations and managing the recovery of debt in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
