Account Management Executive Permanent Location - Manchester Salary - £28,375 - £33,819 Closing date - 11:59pm on the 16th April 2025 A great opportunity to start your career in a meaningful sector, where there is high potential for progression and professional development Join an experienced team where help is always available and take full ownership of projects and opportunities The Account Management Executive is a part of the Inside Sales team, who play a crucial role at AQA by driving business growth and is essential in building and maintaining strong customer relationships This role will involve Lead Generation and Customer Engagement, as well as supporting the field sales team with data management and market insights You will report directly into the Inside Sales team Leader and will work in step with the field-based account managers in the execution of co-ordinated acquisition campaigns and market intelligence projects. Prospecting for leads by telephone, video call and Email and developing and understanding of customer challenges and requirements. Developing and executing email outreach campaigns to engage potential customers. Collecting customer insight and maintaining accurate records within the CRM Database. Qualifying marketing generated leads into confirmed opportunities and appointment for the field-based sales teams. Maintaining specification reference material for use by yourself and colleagues. Identifying and generating leads from customer training and events data. Supporting the promotion of customer support events to the identified target audience. Actioning of follow up activity which provides access to the resources to support a smooth customer onboarding experience. What will I need to succeed? You will have previous experience of working in a customer centric approach and ability to stimulate engagement. Highly self-motivated and the persistence to work flexibly to meet business and customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills which demonstrate great customer service skills and respects customer's time. IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft word Applications. Familiarity and ability to use with web-based CRM systems (training on Microsoft Dynamics will be provided). How do I apply?
