Support Worker: Adults Learning Disabilities
Holiday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. £12 + holiday pay.

Your role will be supporting very independent adults with learning disabilities within their residential home to promote independence and aid with fulfilling life skills and house tasks in addition to helping engage within their local community. Additionally, you will be involved in in-house and community-based activities including going to the cinema, meals, day trips, and medical appointments. In addition to providing high-quality care and support, you will aid in building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
For this role, it is essential that you're a driver with access to your own vehicle and are happy to undertake personal care.
Requirements:
1. 6 months UK-based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years.
2. Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
3. Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks.
4. Willing to undertake personal care.
5. To be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engage with the service users.
6. Great communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
