As Capital Raising Manager, you will lead capital-raising efforts to support property acquisitions across the UK. Your primary focus will be securing equity investment from high-net-worth individuals via IFAs, wealth managers, and other financial networks. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a proven track record in investment sales, particularly within unregulated markets. Key Responsibilities Capital Raising: Secure investments by engaging with financial professionals and introducing opportunities to high-net-worth individuals. Business Development : Expand distribution channels and cultivate new investor relationships to grow capital inflow. Account Management: Nurture existing investor partnerships with ongoing communication, support, and performance updates Market Outreach: Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to increase visibility and investor interest. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine investment propositions, marketing materials, and go-to-market strategies. Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, capital raised, and investor engagement, providing insight to senior leadership. Experience Needed Strong background in capital raising, ideally within property, supported living, or alternative investments. Extensive network of IFAs, wealth managers, and financial intermediaries. Experience operating in unregulated investment markets is a major advantage. Proven ability to manage investor relationships and close high-value deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a collaborative spirit. Solid understanding of compliance considerations in non-regulated environments.
