An exciting opportunity to join Culture Leicestershire.
This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Cultural Participation Team Programme, ensuring effective delivery of our Heritage and Library projects.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and management of the team's budgets and external funding, including preparing reports, drawdowns, forecasting, end of year processes etc.
* Development and delivery of the team's communications strategy, including press releases, marketing and promotion, design and exhibitions and our social media campaigns.
* Coordinating and collating all evaluation material and presenting the data in formats appropriate to a range of diverse audiences.
* Management and development of the Culture Leicestershire website and digital work, acting as key liaison for the internal and external web teams.
* Building new processes and information management infrastructure according to emerging need and providing training to team members to support them in its use.
* Management of the Participation Team Assistant to best support the work of the team including developing and guiding their work streams and managing priorities across projects and between staff.
* Management of the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, suppliers and participants.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
* Have a Level 3 qualification plus post-qualification experience.
* Have experience working with internal and external partners, stakeholders, suppliers, and participants.
* Have relevant experience of complex information management, quantitative and qualitative data evaluation, interpretation, and reporting.
* Have experience of managing and monitoring budgets and be able to interpret financial information.
* Have experience in website management and delivery.
* Have knowledge of social media and digital formats of documentation.
* Possess excellent oral and written presentation skills.
