Who We Are
At the heart of our family-owned care home group is a simple but powerful purpose: caring for people in a way that that contributes to a meaningful life. Since 2019, we have been building something special, an organization rooted in strong values, where people matter, and leadership is about bringing out the best in others.
We have grown rapidly, acquiring and integrating care homes to create a values-driven, people-focused organization. Our ambition is to build a culture where every team member and resident feels valued, engaged, and empowered. We are a learning organization, we test, iterate, improve, and look for opportunities to innovate. To continue our journey, we need a Head of People and Culture who will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and building the infrastructure to support our leadership principles, values, and strategic goals.
We operate with an inclusive, open, and honest leadership style, believing in the power of vulnerability and trust. As part of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with and report directly to our owners, ensuring our people practices align with our values and contribute to our long-term sustainability.
