Maintenance Engineers - Coleraine - £52k
Currently, we have a number of roles based in the NW and particularly in Coleraine for Engineers and Maintenance Supervisor plus an upcoming Technical Manager opportunity.
Roles Available:
1. Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer:
£52k - working a rotating 12-hour shift pattern across days, nights, and weekends to support planned and reactive maintenance. Those on the 24/7 immediately earn basic £52k plus overtime on top, plus a range of different benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Detailed planned maintenance work to be carried out in all plants in line with PPM schedules.
2. Carry out reactive repairs to keep the plants fully operational.
3. Carry out fault finding methods to ensure root causes are found and resolved.
4. Drive to improve reliability figures across the site.
5. Controlled Shutdown and Startup of equipment.
6. Be actively involved in new installations, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
2. Maintenance Supervisor - NW:
Opportunity for a hands-on, people-oriented Engineer to step away partially from the tools and take up a supervisory role. Candidates must demonstrate exposure to very good manufacturing practices within the Food/Pharma or allied sector. This is a Monday to Friday role.
3. Maintenance Engineer (Coleraine):
Required for a daytime Monday to Friday role but with a willingness to cover shifts mainly during holiday times. Ideal for a shift engineer looking for a role convenient to Coleraine on days but willing to cover 24/7 Engineers during holidays and training periods.
