What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with a team of educators and specialists to create individualised learning plans for each student.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning targets.
* Monitor and report on student progress.
* Stay updated on autism-related best practices to enhance teaching approaches.
* Support students' individual needs in a non-confrontational and inclusive manner.

What They're Looking For:
* A Recognised Teaching Qualification: PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.

* Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedures.
* Experience Managing a Range of Behaviours.
