Role Title: Sales Development Representative Location: York (minimum 4 days per week) Sales Development Representative Job Summary As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities. You will be at the forefront of the ever-evolving world of technology. You will work with the best experts and specialists in the industry to deliver cutting-edge products and solutions. You will be responsible for sparking an initial relationship with clients, calling existing clients to maximise business and be instrumental in owning the all-important first step in the sales process. The Sales Development Representative role is dynamic and fast paced and you will be part of a team who are focused on driving growth and expanding the company’s reach in the market. It’s all about learning to make tactical decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and working towards achieving sales and KPI targets. What you’ll be doing: · Booking Meetings: Outbound sales outreach through a multi-channel approach of cold calls, campaign calls, emails, social outreach and networking to book meetings for Sales Account Managers in the Commercial and Public Sector sales teams. · Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth through engagement with a range of prospects and establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business. · Sales Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the sales teams and other internal stakeholders to develop account-specific sales plans and strategies. Set ambitious sales targets (KPI and GM based), develop action plans, and monitor progress towards achieving sales objectives. Work in tandem with the Account Managers/Directors to manage sales pipeline, whilst maintaining impeccable administration and updating all activity on Hubspot. · Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Trustmarque's products and services in outreach. · Learning and Development : Taking part in company led, Vendor and Udemy development programmes/training.
