We are seeking a motivated and results driven candidate for our Account Executive role within our Consumer Sales team here at Panasonic. The successful individual must possess strong relationship building skills, excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for your own account base, drive the achievement business targets, revenue, profit and share within designated customers. This is done through supporting the administration of the account and directly managing elements of both the product portfolio and marketing mix. You will also play a key role in executing the channel strategy and supporting the management of key internal KPI’s.
How you will become part of the bigger picture..
* Deliver against customer business plan targets
* Develop close working relationships with customers at all levels
* Act as the intermediary between Panasonic and the customer - liaising with the various internal departments to resolve issues
* Manage customer stock levels to maximise store and online availability
* Manage key internal administration processes related to running the account as agreed with the Sales Manager
* Work closely with Marketing, Agencies, and Manager to deliver compelling promotions, product launches and tactical promotional activity
* Take full responsibility for delivering all key KPI’s for part of the portfolios.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and market conditions.
* Continuously grow and focus on personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles.

* Several years of experience working in a similar role
* Possess an impressive track record in a customer facing or commercial position
* Drive and ambition to achieve both personal and company objectives
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to construct a business case
* Ability to build solid relationships with customers
* Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Detail orientated with exceptional organisational skills

Salary range: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Annual Bonus
Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days on completion of 3 years of service)
Hybrid / Remote working – with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Full-time
Location: Bracknell, UK
