THE PURPOSE OF OUR CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence within the personal injury legal sector. In this vital role, you will drive strategic content creation, collaborating across departments to ensure our messaging is cohesive and impactful across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include crafting informative and engaging content tailored to each of our customer groups. You will produce ongoing website content aligned with Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience - Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines, as well as compelling materials for various channels, including campaigns, SEO, landing pages, blog posts, customer emails, scripts, and SMS communications. Your content will reflect our strong brand voice and effectively convey our expertise in personal injury law, helping us connect with clients and establish trust in our services. If you are passionate about content marketing and eager to make a difference in the legal industry, we want to hear from you THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE You’ll quickly become a content subject expert on personal injury, understanding the detail and confidently writing the copy to guide our customers on our services and claims journey. You will take a lead role in the delivery of a comprehensive content strategy to refresh and optimise our website's informational resources. You will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and developing content that provides clear, compelling guidance on our claims processes, diverse claim types, and customer journey. This project is critical in enhancing our online communication, ensuring our content is both user-friendly and aligned with the broader business goals. You will write copy across a range of channels, crafting messaging for ad campaigns, SEO, landing pages, websites, blogs, social, emails, scripts, and SMS, while maintaining a consistent tone of voice for each brand and across touch points. Create blog posts across our portfolio of websites, and upload content using the content management system (CMS). Harness your storytelling skills to develop creative scripts for advertising campaigns Bring our brand and services to life with content that sets us apart from our competitors. Understand the complex and provide simple, understandable ways to communicate it. Create content of value with the purpose to drive awareness of our brand, quality leads and enquires. Proofread, optimise, and edit published / existing SEO content according to SEO briefs and guidelines. Edit and thoroughly proofread copy and content written by yourself and others, ensuring it is always grammatically accurate. Supporting internal requests for script changes, the digital customer journey, and My Account copy initiatives. Ensuring that written copy and content delivered across our digital channels creates a positive and consistent user experience. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 3 years of copywriting and social media experience either in-house or at an agency. Excellent ability with words – grammar, spelling, language, ability to write within brand tone of voice guidelines, and adapt to different audiences. Experience of working to tone of voice guidelines Be used to working in an agile digital-focused environment. An understanding of how content fits into the wider SEO strategy, with keyword research, content audits and how to optimise page structure. Experienced at writing for the web, knowing the nuances of and adapting copy to difference digital touchpoints. Experience of writing customer communications – emails, SMS, and telephony scripts. Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience.
