Job Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds. Handling files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client care. Conducting searches, reviewing contracts, and liaising with all parties involved in the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements. Job requirements: A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
