Senior Content Strategist – Tech Industry | Onsite in London (Brock Street, 3 days/week)

Are you a detail-driven content expert with a passion for refining digital experiences across large-scale platforms? We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join a dynamic product content team where your editorial judgment, data-savvy mindset, and creative problem-solving will directly shape user engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and drive content strategies for products and guidelines at scale, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
* Lead content reviews, manage multiple ongoing sprints and collaborate with stakeholders across product and content teams.
* Analyse and improve internal content systems to support fast, repeatable, and impactful delivery.
* Identify key content issues across ecosystems and develop insights that influence product direction.
* Work across a family of apps, enabling real-time content optimisation and distribution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineers to improve content prompt engineering workflows.
* Provide recommendations on release strategies and help enhance scaled content across digital platforms.
* Opportunity to engage in GenAI prompt engineering—nice to have!
Requirement:
* 8–10 years of relevant experience in content strategy, content analysis, or digital content management.
* Strong writing and editorial skills with an ability to review, create and guide large-scale content systems.
* Experience with social media platforms, content discovery tools, and internal content ecosystems.
* Project management skills and experience leading creative processes or sprint execution.
* Self-starter with strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle 2–3 projects at once.
* Familiarity with Sequel and GenAI prompt engineering is a plus
Day-to-Day Snapshot:
* Join working sessions with the team to review and improve content guidelines.
* Assess real-time content accuracy and suggest improvements.
* Use internal tools and systems to support product development initiatives.
* Navigate content sprints and coordinate with stakeholders to hit project goals.
