Woodworking – basic DIY type tasks including door repairs, fitting locks, building flat pack furniture, and others.
Fabrication – some small fabrication works and repair welding.
Grounds Maintenance – working with the labouring team for general upkeep of the grounds, car park, buildings, security, perimeter, fencing, and ensuring the company's best appearance throughout the year.
General Factory Maintenance Tasks – including machinery and area prep ready for visiting service engineers, cleaning down of some heaters, machinery, and plant enclosures, and others.
Service Engineers – supervising service engineers, guiding them through the health and safety procedure, advising them of any ongoing issues requiring attention, making sure they have everything they need and being their point of contact throughout their time onsite.
