Internal Sales Support Executive
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum

Post Recruitment is looking for an Internal Sales Support Executive to join an extremely successful family-run business based in Yeadon.
As an Internal Sales Support Executive, you will be at the heart of the sales operation, providing crucial support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of sales processes. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
2. Handle customer enquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
3. Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
4. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Generate sales reports and analyse data to support strategic decision-making.
6. Oversee the development lifecycle of client's products, from product specification to account handover.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, logistics) to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
8. With the assistance of an offshore operative, prepare costing quotes and customer proposals.
9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions via CRM systems.
10. Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding costs, sample and bulk orders for the business development managers.
11. Maintain the consistency of all customer files on and off the network so handover accounts can be streamlined and efficient.
12. Translate and administer product specifications for quoting, sampling and bulk.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
5. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent time management, working in an organised and methodical manner with the ability to meet targets and deadlines consistently.
8. Recognise efficiencies for continuous improvements, with outstanding attention to detail.
