We are recruiting for a fluent German-speaking Business Development Executive to join a dynamic sales team in the Littlehampton area. You’ll need to demonstrate previous experience in sales, whether in business development, outbound sales, or telecoms, as you will play a key role in engaging with clients based in Germany.
As a German Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead generation and prospecting
2. Customer Engagement and relationship building
3. Scheduling client meetings
4. CRM Management and updates
Requirements:
1. Fluent in German (written and verbal)
2. Proven experience in sales: outbound sales, telesales, or business development
3. A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (due to location)

This is a full-time, permanent position with a basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, depending on experience with an excellent commission structure. You’ll be working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and an early finish at 12pm on Fridays.
