£28,000 - £33,000pa depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing client. Working from their Melksham office, you will be responsible for Bookkeeping and other related financial activities utilising Sage and Xero software to perform your daily tasks.
Key Duties:
Preparing and issuing invoices to customers
Recording and verifying financial transactions, including supplier and customer invoices
Reconciling accounts to ensure customer and supplier balances align accurately
Reviewing and reconciling bank statements
Supporting the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
Assisting with processing payroll and managing supplier payments
Contributing to the preparation of monthly management accounts
Creating financial reports by analysing and summarizing account data
Tracking and reporting variances between actual and planned income and expenses
Developing, implementing, and refining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Key Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years Bookkeeping experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Experience using Sage and Xero software
This role is working Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm OR 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
