A growing entrepreneurial business in the heart of Berkshire are looking for a Key Account Manager/Account Manager for their Wholesale Beauty business. They provide Beauty products into Retail, ecommerce and Pharmacies. The reason why this business is amazing, is because they have a flat structure which will enable immense progression. Not only are you gifted with a list of busy accounts to sink your teeth into, but you will also have the support and training from an incredible Sales Manager.
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who is used to working within supply chain and dealing with orders of fast-moving goods. We 100% are looking for someone who has experience in working within the FMCG world, whether it is Tools, Beauty, Food, Fashion - any FMCG background will work.
What will you be doing?
Account management:
*Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers through regular communication (calls, visits, and emails).
*Understand customer needs, buying patterns, and preferences to tailor offers effectively.
*Keep customers informed about new product lines, special offers, and upcoming opportunities.
*Regularly update the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) questionnaire to align with customer strategies.
*You will be given a huge list of clients, then you will manage them and come up with promotions to engage with them
