Responsible for providing administrative support for Regulatory Compliance with external Regulatory and Legal requirements, and internal Policies and Bylaws.

DIMENSIONS
* Exercise the highest degree of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive data and information.
* Review compliance of project activities aligned with applicable Business Management System(s) (BMS).
* Ensure the integrity and alignment of systems data, including Cyber Security, Management Systems, GDPR, and ERP.
* Support the delivery of projects, verifying regulatory compliance.
* Monitor governance of data and documented information transmittal, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.
* Escalate concerns and identify Opportunities-For-Improvement (OFI) to implement risk mitigation.
* Review existing technical files in accordance with specific compliance requirements and participate in Product, Contract, and Systems Review meetings.
* Provide governance support with IT access permissions systems and control of equipment setup and allocation.
* Contribute to the effective management of business-critical initiatives, ensuring information integrity is reviewed and managed.
* Perform process verification audits, documenting findings, and perform follow-up corrective activities.
* Proactively contribute to the Continual Improvement programmes across the business, providing guidance as necessary.
* Support the QA & Compliance Team with administration of the documented Business Management System (BMS).
* Promote awareness and use of the Business Management System(s), identifying opportunities for training and up-skilling.
* Support the Office Administration Team during holiday/absence cover and peak workload times.
QUALIFICATIONS
* GCSE Mathematics and English grade C and above (or equivalent).
* Recognised qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, and/or Networks & Security (or working toward).
ESSENTIAL
* Effective communication abilities.
* Organised and methodical approach with tasks and use of systems.
* Office-based administration and strong IT skills.
* Ability to manage effectively to deadlines and the achievement of targets.
* Excellent team player with a proactive hands-on approach.
* Ability to prioritise and perform duties whilst under minimum supervision.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
DESIRABLE
* Cyber Security, or similar i.e., ISO 27001.
* Experience within GDPR framework.
* Internal Auditing (formal qualification desirable).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experience of working within the guidelines of Business Management Systems.
* Experience of working within Defence and/or Aerospace industries.
