An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nursing Team in Dolgellau Hospital.
Dolgellau is a small, friendly hospital that consists of GP lead inpatient ward, a thriving outpatient department and a Minor Injuries Unit
All ward nursing staff are expected to keep up to date with new and emerging initiatives and interventions. All of the team are supported to do mandatory training, as well other courses which are relevant. Staff are also encouraged to take on extended skills such as phlebotomy.

Staff will be given an induction programme and will receive support through staff meetings, and personal development reviews. This is an exciting and interesting community hospital which will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop professionally, gain specialist knowledge in this area and work with a dynamic and friendly team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
