Stores Manager responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to optimise inventory management.
Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
Monitor sales performance against targets; prepare reports on sales figures for upper management.
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices for customer engagement.
Desired qualifications & skills:
Experienced in customer service or a customer-facing role, possessing excellent customer service skills
Mobile or who can travel around the island
Flexible and posses a 'Can do' attitude
