About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our established legal services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to develop and implement current HR practices and processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient support service for all employees, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line advice, guidance, and coaching on all matters relating to the full employee lifecycle.
* Complete people-related changes and track data as requested using our HR platform.
* Maintain accurate and timely employee information in our HR System.
* Partner with Learning and Development and managers to identify and provide training and development needs.
* Review and develop people-related processes to support continuous improvement.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and complete necessary Risk Assessments.

* Proven experience working in a HR team environment.
* Strong understanding of HR legislation and knowledge.
* Experience advising on HR-related matters.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
