We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Service in Londonderry.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs.
* Assisting residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.
* Maintaining a high level of support required for the service needs.
* Working shifts that are variable over a 4-week rolling rota, Monday-Sunday, inclusive of sleep-in duties.
* Participating enthusiastically in the residents' likes and wants.
* Maintaining and developing community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support independent living and life skills.
Who you are:

* Able to work independently, multitask, and organise effectively.
* Possess a positive attitude under pressure.
* A quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* Flexible with shift patterns, including days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
