As the Technical Sales Consultant, you must be able to listen and process the needs of the customer so you can offer a package that will meet all their needs. The ideal candidate will be an outside the box thinker. The responsibilities include: • Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying the company’s products or services. • Communicating with customers before and after a sale. • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers. • Ensuring that sales targets are met. About You Are you a motivated Technical Sales Consultant with experience of working in the business energy sector? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills: • Outbound sales: 1 year. • Ideally experience in the business energy market. • Resilience to no. This you will hear in 90% of your calls. • Ability to build an instant rapport with a customer. • Overcome objections by knowing the products.
