Key Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Leadership: Lead your team of Sheltered Housing Managers to prioritize an exceptional resident experience, ensuring every resident feels respected, valued, and supported. Operational Excellence & Compliance: Secure high operational standards and maintain strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Occupancy & Financial Sustainability: Drive high occupancy rates and sustainable revenue streams through effective resource and budget management. Community & Brand Building: Enhance our reputation across the communities we serve, establishing Abbeyfield as a trusted and valued provider of elderly housing. Inspiring Team Leadership: Provide motivating leadership to your team, championing a collaborative approach to recruitment, talent management, and engagement. About You: Essential Qualifications & Skills: Proven multi-site operational experience in a regulatory environment, ideally within elderly housing. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing a geographically dispersed team, using a supportive, coaching style. Comprehensive knowledge of quality and regulatory standards for elderly housing, including RSH regulatory standards. Experience managing large budgets and achieving (or exceeding) challenging financial targets. Skilled in stakeholder relationship building to promote brand and service reputation. Effective communicator who uses technology to ensure teams have timely and relevant information. Relevant housing-related professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Housing Level 5 Diploma). Desirable: Senior management qualification (e.g., TILM Level 5/7 Diploma or equivalent).
