The Position We are searching for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in providing efficient administrative support service to the P&O Director and team. It will be a generalist operational position with involvement in many different areas including, Induction and Onboarding, Employee Benefits, Engagement and Culture, Right to Work support and reporting along with Ad hoc HR enquires. Your key responsibilities will be to support and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the area on varying HR-related matters. The position is hybrid, and we expect you to be on-site at the Novo Nordisk Research Centre in Oxford (NNRCO) at least 3 days a week. Qualifications You are a communicative team player who carries a delivery focussed mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail, strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to handle complexity. The person who will thrive in the role can work on own initiative and prioritise work to deadlines in a highly organised manner, juggling multiple priorities. Fluency in the English language is essential. Additionally, we expect you to meet the following criteria: • NVQ Business Administration Diploma Level 3 or two or more A levels, BTEC Ordinary National Diploma (OND), City & Guilds Advanced Craft • Strong administration skills with relevant HR administration experience gained within a medium/large organisation. • Knowledge of GDPR and implications for HR processes and data management. • Experience of management of third-party suppliers. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) expertise • Good numerical skills and logical approach to reviewing data We value your professional attitude, discrete approach and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information. About the Department NNRCO is the R&D arm of Novo Nordisk with offices in Oxford Headington, The Oxford Science Park and Kings Cross London.
