A quick coffee, then we’re into action 10:00 AM – Crafting the Message Drafting a big announcement? Creating an engaging newsletter? Storytelling is at the heart of what we do, ensuring our people are informed, inspired, and connected. 11:30 AM – Engaging Leaders Meeting with senior leaders to shape how we communicate key business updates—helping them craft messages that resonate and inspire. 1:00 PM – Lights, Camera, Action Filming a video, designing an intranet banner, or brainstorming creative ways to bring our campaigns to life. Whether it’s AI-driven content, employee stories, or interactive events, we keep things fresh. 2:30 PM – Pulse on the Business Reviewing feedback from surveys, checking engagement levels, and making sure we’re listening as much as we’re communicating. Our job is to turn insights into action. 4:00 PM – Event Planning Mode Organising a leadership Q&A, a group wide charity event (fire walk anyone?), or an employee recognition campaign. Our events aren’t just meetings—they’re experiences ✍ 5:00 PM – Wrapping Up A final scan of our channels, checking what’s landing well, and a quick brainstorm for tomorrow’s big ideas.
