We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis to support the management of contractual and commercial matters across the business. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with our company’s contracting principles. You will help manage key vendor agreements, monitor compliance activities, and provide support in post-tender contract management processes.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing framework agreements across a range of supply chain categories, including operational and corporate functions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers, legal, and procurement to review pre-tender documentation and ensure our standard contracting principles are consistently applied. You’ll be responsible for reviewing ancillary documents like non-disclosure agreements, MOUs, and consortium agreements, and for maintaining and updating contract registers to help drive early engagement in negotiations. Drafting and issuing key contractual correspondence will be part of your day-to-day activities, along with the administration of IR35 documentation and overseeing our contractual portal.
