Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs. Work one-on-one and in small groups to enhance student engagement. Encourage positive behaviour and social development. Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
