Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle for senior finance positions, focusing on tax and audit roles. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. - Leverage your business development skills to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio. - Provide expert market insights and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. - Produce evidence of your billings and demonstrate your success in meeting targets. Requirements: - Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the finance sector, specifically in tax and audit and accountancy. - Strong track record of placing senior candidates in high-level positions. - Exceptional business development skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
