The Growth Company's (GC) Justice Services is seeking Support Workers for our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme. This role involves delivering rehabilitation, employment training, and education support to individuals and groups. You will be dual trained as a Support Worker and Activity Facilitator, providing advice, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a caseload of participants through regular one-on-one meetings and group interventions. Key Responsibilities: Identify learning needs and create action plans. Plan and deliver training and interventions. Build supportive relationships with participants. Record activities and progress on the CRM system. Facilitate group learning to improve employability. Job-match and broker employment opportunities. About You: Experience working with offenders or marginalised individuals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. High-level guidance skills for one-to-one and group sessions. Empathetic and approachable, able to build rapport with participants. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Skills Required: Information Advice and Guidance or teaching qualifications. Experience in supporting individuals' progression. Knowledge of offender rehabilitation, desistance theory, and relevant services. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using CRM systems to track participant progress. Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials.
