Responsibilities
1. Answering telephone and directing calls as appropriate
2. Monitoring support team mailbox
3. Logging customer tickets in company Intranet
4. Maintain contact lists
5. Liaising with customers
6. Assisting with mailing and shipping equipment
7. Goods in receipting
8. General admin duties
