I am currently working with a client to recruit for a Part Time Administrator, working Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. The purpose of the Administrator role is to support customers and the reservation team, ensuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
The ideal Administrator will be:
* Customer focused with excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organising
* Team player
The main duties of the role include:
* Processing bookings made by the call centre
* Produce invoices and process cancellations
* Assist with all general office administration duties such as filing, post distribution and covering reception
* Process web bookings
* Amending customer bookings where necessary
* Processing changing to customer bookings
