Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Whetstone
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
On behalf of one of the UK's leading homecare providers, I am looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the services in Barnet / Finchley.
My client specializes in the provision of residential care for a range of elderly and dementia needs. The company operates a number of home care services and day care services. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services, consistently striving to ensure the highest quality service to their Service Users.
An experienced and motivated individual is required to support the operations director in managing their Domiciliary Care Branch within Essex and East London. My client seeks a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is looking for an exciting challenge.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
1. Experience of managing within domiciliary care
2. RMA or be willing to work towards
3. A full UK driving license
4. Experience of managing a staff team
5. Experience of managing budgets
Duties will include:
1. To manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
2. To work with the Managers to plan, review, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company and regulatory requirements; and to carry out remedial action where required
3. To carry out Service User assessment visits and reviews
4. Liaise and work with all regulatory/compliance agencies and local authority social services' departments, and comply where appropriate with their requirements
5. To ensure staff rotas and work scheduling are carried out correctly and in a timely manner
6. To ensure all administration processes are followed in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
7. To adhere to, operate and ensure compliance by all Branch staff with the Company's Statement of Purpose, Service User Guide, and Handbooks

The service manager will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, although occasional on-call work will be required.
