Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Description: Job Duties: Supporting classroom teachers with the delivery of lesson plans Assisting with the supervision and support of students Providing one-on-one support to students as needed Helping to create and maintain a positive learning environment Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials Participating in parent-teacher meetings and school events Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Relevant experience working in an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Experience working with children and young people Knowledge of child development and learning processes Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students Working Conditions: Full-time position, working regular school hours Work within a school setting with potential for outdoor activities Opportunities for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
