This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research and Evaluation Division in Public Health Wales as a Senior Public Health Researcher. This role is part of a NIHR funded research programme on digital inclusion and inequalities. The aims of the project are to develop a digital exclusion typology; critically appraise digital inclusion initiatives in Wales and across the UK and identify areas for future evaluation to share learning for digital health systems, ensuring no one is left behind.
Joining an interdisciplinary team, you will draw on your strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team across organisational boundaries. Your responsibilities will include delivering a high-quality theory-building evidence review, requiring the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data, to understand the drivers of digital exclusion. You will build a UK wide network of key stakeholders across multiple organisations and individual experts to identify digital inclusion initiatives for future evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for addressing digital health inequalities. You should be highly motivated to deliver robust evidence to inform action while demonstrating an aptitude for both independent and collaborative work.
