Are you an experienced facilities manager looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leading FM provider on a new contract.
The Role
As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:
1. Managing a mixed team of engineers.
2. Ensuring day-to-day PPMs and reactive works are completed in line with compliance, health, and safety regulations.
3. Managing and delivering KPI targets.
4. Supporting and coaching your team to enable their best performance.
5. Liaising with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and other team members.
About You
To be successful in the role of Facilities Manager, you'll bring the following skills and experience:
1. Technical background within electromechanical engineering.
2. Experience in a similar role within the FM industry.
3. Relevant management qualifications.
4. Full Driving licence.
