Hayward Hawk are excited to be working exclusively with an established US FDI technology firm who are seeking an Office Manager to join theirBelfast office due to a successful growth period Your job will be to create, foster and maintain an engaging work environment ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, collaboration, hospitality and safety. This is a part time opportunity for an initial 5 months, with opportunity for permanency. This will be a 3 day working week - 9am - 6pm. Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for employees with a focus on providing a positive experience for team members and guest Oversee the day-to-day of facilities to ensure all physical spaces are clean, functional and presentable at all times Manage delivery and quality for areas related to food and beverage, office supplies, mail/deliveries etc. Maintain budgets and stock for each Ensure workplace health & safety protocols are updated and communicated in a timely manner Execute the global teams programs/initiatives to build internal culture such as company happy hours, team building opportunities Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects The Candidate: Prior experience in an Office Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service position Excellent communication skills and a high EQ, with an ability to strike the right tone in emails and verbal communications Good technological literacy and ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools Excellent organisational and problem solving skills Super-flexible, adaptable, practical, and agile Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise work.
