Job summary We are looking for a Newly Qualified GP to support PCN staff and member Practices to deliver high quality care to frail elderly people and residents in nursing and care homes. As the GP Care Home Lead, the postholder job plan will include research, education and leadership responsibilities as well as providing a full range of personal medical services to patients. You are a GP that has been substantively employed as a GP in general practice previously. 2.
