We are looking for experienced Hotel Reception Manager for our exceptional new Crowne Plaza Marlow Hotel & Spa

The Role of the Hotel Reception Manager
You will be responsible for the following duties :
Together with the Assistant Reception Manager, the management of the hotels Front Office Team
You will be responsible for Reception and the Night Team.
Outstanding team management skills are essential as you will be fully responsible for the development and performance management of the Front Office team. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards, encourage sales and compliance to IHG brand standards.
You should also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a working knowledge of Opera
The ideal candidate must also be prepared to be fully flexible as you will be required to work hands on Duty Management shiftsand shifts as required. You will work on a shift basis, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Hours of work: combination of early or late shifts five days per week including weekends
The successful candidate should preferably have previously worked in a branded Hotel,preferably an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, in a similar role.
You will be required to motivate and inspire the team and be able to implement new systems and procedures
Ideal candidates should have a stable background and positive references
Previous experience in Opera will be a strong advantage
