In this role, you will be a vital part of the Connections Reform Programme team, working towards achieving quicker connections for viable and Net Zero aligned projects. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Facilitate process maps and workflow modelling, collaborating with process owners to ensure clear understanding and definition of processes. Develop and update process documents in alignment with corporate standards. Support end-user testing and iterate processes as necessary. Assist in creating knowledge articles, guides, training materials, and other supporting documents to embed new processes within the organisation. Support the creation of a comprehensive process repository. Key Skills: Attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring accuracy and precision throughout the process mapping. Ability to convert complex processes into easy-to-follow steps for end-users. Confidence to question and challenge subject matter experts to identify gaps or issues. Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing workload to meet deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity. Working knowledge of process mapping software, such as IBM Blueworks, is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Requirements: A track record of process mapping or process improvement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
