Commercial accounts executive Position Overview
Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential commercial clients to expand the client portfolio.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities.
Client Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and risk profiles.
Provide expert advice on suitable commercial insurance products and coverage.
Insurance Solutions:
Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to the specific needs of commercial clients.
Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, coverage, and premiums.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Account Retention:
Monitor policy renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention.
Address client inquiries, endorsements, and claims to ensure client satisfaction.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
Collaborate with other departments to offer comprehensive risk management solutions.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about changes in the insurance market, regulations, and industry developments.

6. Minimum salary of £50k - this depends on experience and can rise considerably higher to £100k
