Title: Paraplanner Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (part time also considered) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience/qualifications) Details: Our client has an excellent opportunity for a talented Paraplanner to join the team based in Inverness to support a team of Independent Financial Advisers. We are keen to hear from individuals who share values of trust, transparency and integrity, in orde r to provide high-quality financial advice and exceptional client experience. Duties include: Supporting a team of Independent Financial Advisers, many of whom hold Chartered Financial Planner status and maintain a loyal client base. Carry out research and produce reports. Manage a portfolio of client files, updating and maintaining records accurately. Ensure compliance with regulations in relation to GDPR and any additional data laws. Additional ad hoc administrative support including preparing documentation and correspondence. Liaising with clients and dealing with general enquiries. Person specification Relevant paraplanning experience and/or qualification. Keen to progress a career in financial services and undertake additional professional development opportunities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with others in a polite and professional manner. Capable of working with accuracy and attention to detail. Up to date knowledge of financial service sector regulations. Strong IT Skills including MS Office. Ability to learn new skills and systems with ease.
