They are now seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join their ambitious and expanding contact centre. (Retail experience considered) Ideally the Customer Service agent will also be genuinely motivated by career progression as you will be provided with a 3 stage training and development plan to progress your career within the business within the first year. The successful Customer Service Agents will: Take inbound calls from customers, dealing with customer enquiries, customer services issues, deliveries and purchases. Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on customer service related enquiries. Be required to spot opportunities to add on additional products to customer orders. Manage live online chat platform with customers to sell products & services and provide product information to help customers make a purchase decision. Work towards individual and team KPI’s and Targets. The successful Customer Service Agent will have: Have 1 years’ experience in a customer focused environment, ideally within a Retail or Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.
