As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Accountable for ensuring exceptional levels of customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.
2. Sourcing and vetting candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities.
3. Coaching and mentoring less experienced and more junior members of the delivery team.
4. Building relationships with candidates and managers within the client's business.
5. Providing and presenting management information.
6. Covering weekly payroll and other administration tasks, when required.
7. Providing an on-site presence at the client site and liaising with the client as and when required.
We are looking to hear from experienced recruiters who have a proven track record in the industry. The role may also suit someone from a customer services background who is looking for a fast-paced and challenging recruitment role.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our business, you will be required to provide an on-call service on a rota.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Apply today!
