As the business continues to grow, we are now looking to add a talented Service Operations Specialist to the Service Operations Team to further enhance the service delivery side of the business. Pay and Benefits: Salary: c£28,000 Bonus: 10% Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday) Holidays: 22 rising with service Benefits: pension; health care and death in service This is a permanant, office based role The Job: Working as an integral part of the Service Team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your service patch; this will include: Providing exceptional customer service to customers Managing quotes Problem solving and dealing with queries Working closely with internal customers Keeping internal and external systems updated.
