Contract: Permanent, full time Location: London (hybrid-working) Closing Date: 28 November 2024 About the role The Media Assistant is a new role within Trinity College London Press's Content Team. You will be responsible for assisting a team of content producers who produce marketing, academic and technical content to support the qualifications and other products we offe r in music, drama, combined arts and English language. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in supporting multimedia and multiplatform content production for an international organisation. Key responsibilities of the role include: Administering the implementation of new technology platforms, eg a Digital Asset Management system: uploading assets, managing records, file transfers and file tagging. Providing administration assistance for the ongoing maintenance of assets within technology platforms such as Digital Asset Management systems, Learning Management systems, and e-commerce solutions. Maintaining, cataloguing and archiving assets. Assisting at all stage of content production. Assisting with briefing external contractors and agencies. About you Demonstrable expertise with a wide range of business management software packages including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS Teams. Able to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail. Solid knowledge of file management. Organised and motivated, with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks. Strong communication skills.
