Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with UK employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in a fast-paced, start-up or growing business environment.
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a start-up or high-growth company in London.
* Proven success in talent acquisition, with a track record of filling critical positions quickly and with high-quality candidates.
* Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and implementing effective performance management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data to drive decisions.
* Proficient in HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, and HRIS.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Language: English, Mandarin is a Plus
