Two exciting opportunities have arisen within our Reading Service, for the role of Team Leader. We are looking for two passionate and committed individuals to join our team as team leaders for our Recovery Coordination Teams. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership development and performance of the Service. Where: Reading Full-Time Hours : 37.5 per week Full-Time Salary Range : £35,220.59 - £37,184.90 (pro rata for part-time hours) The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, alcohol and drug case management and achieving contractual targets and outcomes as required. The post-holder will demonstrate the skills and knowledge to be able to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate effective case management pathways across disciplines and services, from engaging service users to working with our partners to ensure we provide a comprehensive service provision. Through assertive multidisciplinary working, the post-holder will primarily and effectively support the Recovery Coordination teams in Reading. This will be achieved through specialised assessment, management of cases, periodic auditing and supervision of the staff members within these teams. They will undertake duties involved in the day to day operation, management and development of alcohol and drug case co-ordination, case management and recovery.
